• Self-medication
• Health care
• Nutrition
• Stress management and behavioral self-control
• Transportation and accessing community (vocational, education, & recreational) resources

SUPPORTED LIVING

Individuals in the Supported Living Program do not require continuous staff supervision, but do need highly individualized support and training in one or more functional activities.

INDEPENDENT LIVING

Persons in the Independent Living Program are able to independently complete all functional activities, but require highly individualized coaching or trouble-shooting from their Community Facilitator in order to maintain independence.
