| PLUS
offers a full range of outpatient neurorehabilitation services for
persons with acquired brain injuries who live in communities surrounding
our program locations. |
| Outpatient
programs are highly individualized to meet the unique needs of each
individual. Services are delivered at PLUS Day Programs from one to
five days per week. Each outpatient is assigned a Case Manager who
serves as their advocate, neurorehabilitation coordinator, and liaison
with family, funder, and other care providers in the community. |
