PLUS started in 1985, serving three people with Acquired Brain Injury. We currently provide a comprehensive, community-based continuum of care for people in more than 60 licensed group homes and apartments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We have grown to be the largest residential rehabilitation facility for Acquired Brain Injury in the state of New Jersey.

PLUS offers a combination of individual and group therapeutic and retraining opportunities, specifically designed to meet personalized rehabilitation needs and goals. Upon joining the PLUS program, each person meets with their treatment team to help establish goals based on a collaborative review of functional assessments (i.e. Life Skills, OT, PT, Cognitive, Community/Travel) and personal interests. An Individual Rehabilitation Plan is drafted with clear steps to assist each person in achieving their highest level of independence. Through ongoing evaluation of progress, individuals are encouraged to advance through the program levels and return to independent living.
